Studio & Booking Policies

 Appointments can be scheduled up to 2 hours in advance, subject to availability. 

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. Deposits for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

 Your payment is securely processed through our booking system, and all information is protected. We never store your payment details without authorization. 

24-Hour Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If a rescheduling request is made within 24 hours, the 50% deposit may be forfeited. However, flexibility may be offered at our discretion depending on individual circumstances. 

At Exclusive Essence Massage, we value your time and commitment to wellness. Please review our cancellation and refund policy:

• 24-Hour Notice Required: To receive a full refund of your 50% deposit, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
• Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit, with no refund.

•  Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, we may need to shorten your session time to accommodate the next client.

• Impact on Service Duration: Please note that arriving late will result in a shortened session to avoid delays for the next client, with no reduction in service fees.

• Professional Boundaries: Exclusive Essence Massage is a professional space, and any inappropriate behavior, language, or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session, with no refund provided. Future bookings may be restricted.
• Personal Hygiene: For the comfort of all, please arrive freshly showered and in clean attire.
• Health and Wellness: Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, or injuries prior to your appointment to ensure a safe and effect

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information shared with Exclusive Essence Massage is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties unless required by law. 

• Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable. Please treat them like cash, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
• Package Expiration: Packages must be used within [specified timeframe, e.g., 6 months from purchase date] and are non-transferable.

• Sanitization: Our studio adheres to stringent sanitization practices to ensure the health and safety of all clients. Treatment rooms and equipment are sanitized between each session.
• Illness Policy: If you are feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date. Clients exhibiting symptoms may be asked to reschedule, with the deposit applied to a future booking.
