Booking & Cancellation Policy

We require a valid card on file to confirm all bookings.

• You will not be charged at the time of booking.
   
• Your card is only charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation (see below).
   
• You’re welcome to pay at your session via card, cash, or your preferred method.
   

 We understand that life happens. To respect both your time and ours:

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
   
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will be charged a $75 fee.
   

This ensures we can offer that time to another client and maintain fairness for everyone.

• If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid amounts.
   
• For cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows, the prepaid amount is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
   

You may reschedule or cancel your own appointment through the booking link up to 24 hours before your session.

• Grace Period: We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, your session may be shortened to keep things on schedule.

• • We Get It: Life happens—and so does Houston traffic! If you're running late, just text us. We'll always do our best to make it work.

• Professional Boundaries: Exclusive Essence Massage is a professional space. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or requests will result in immediate session termination with no refund. Future bookings may be restricted.
   
• Fresh & Clean: For the comfort of all, please arrive freshly showered and in clean attire.
   
• Health Disclosures: Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, surgeries, or injuries before your session so we can tailor your treatment safely.

Your privacy matters. Any personal information shared with Exclusive Essence Massage is strictly confidential and will never be disclosed to third parties unless required by law. Your trust is honored here. 

• Availability: Digital gift cards are available in any amount and can be sent instantly or scheduled for the perfect time.
   
• Refunds & Replacements: Gift cards are non-refundable and treated like cash. Please store them safely — lost or stolen cards can’t be replaced.
   
• Expiration: Gift cards never expire and can be applied toward any full-priced session, including add-ons.
   

 If you’re feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms, or have been exposed to illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to protect everyone’s wellness.
